SHIPPING
Australia  shipping only.
+ Free Shipping available for orders over $250. Excluding heavy items 
+ Flat rate Shipping $9.95
+ Express Shipping $15
+ Heavy packages over 4KG $30 shipping fee
+ Large items are local pickup or delivery only
+ Local pickup available (Kiama) 
+ All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Except during sale periods. 
+ During sales/ Promotions please allow up to 10 days for orders to be dispatched.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes must be entered at the checkout in order to redeem the offer.  Codes cannot be added retrospectively.  Offers valid only for the advertised time frame and will not be extended or backdated.
PRESALE ITEMS
Please note all orders containing PRE ORDER / PRE SALE pieces will be shipped once all stock within your order is available. Your order will not be sent in multiple shipments. If you would like it to be sent separately simply email us to organise.
RETURNS
Please choose carefully as all purchases are non refundable. However we want you to be happy with your products so an exchange will be offered if you receive a faulty product.

*Must be notified within 14 days. Items must be in original packaging, unwashed and all tags attached*
*Return shipping is at customers expense.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty this needs to be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email frankieandme@outlook.com.au with your order number and an image of the damaged/faulty item.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received an incorrect item, please email  with your order number and frankieandme@outlook.com.au  an image of the incorrect item you have received. We will have this rectified immediately for you.
